Event Buddy Office

A back-office automation product for travel and hospitality operators, consolidating reservations, payments and day-to-day operational workflow into one system. What proves itself in project delivery, we promote to a product — Event Buddy Office generalizes patterns we've built repeatedly for real operators: booking synchronization, automated task dispatch, and a single operational view across systems that used to be separate.

Use cases
  • Synchronizing bookings and reservation status across multiple sales channels and providers
  • Automated dispatch of operational tasks (e.g. housekeeping, ticketing, fulfillment) triggered by bookings
  • Centralized reservation, invoicing and sales-case management for operator staff
  • A single operational dashboard replacing several disconnected back-office tools
Tech challenges & stack

Event-driven synchronization against third-party booking and payment providers, where availability and status can change outside the system at any time — idempotent processing to prevent duplicate actions, and automatic retries for failed sync jobs. Designed for a serverless-friendly, horizontally scalable stack (e.g. managed cloud functions, queues, and a relational store) to keep operational overhead low for cost-sensitive operators.

Vacasa

A lightweight, serverless application integrated into Vacasa's platform, helping property owners automate housekeeping operations tied to short-term rental bookings.

Use cases
  • Automated synchronization of bookings from OTAs (e.g. VRBO, Airbnb), including manual bookings
  • Automatic dispatch of housekeeping jobs with SMS/email notifications and escalation to backup housekeepers
  • Time-bound smart-lock codes for guest and housekeeper access windows
  • Owner mobile app and a lightweight housekeeper web UI for accepting or rejecting jobs
Tech challenges & stack

Fully serverless, event-driven design targeting 99.9% API availability and sub-200ms response times, with idempotent processing to prevent duplicate housekeeping dispatches on booking-sync retries. Stack: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and RDS PostgreSQL on the backend; React Native for the owner mobile app; Next.js for the housekeeper web UI.

Multi-brand
white-label travel platform
Customer project · Travel & Hospitality · Flyme.to

flymeto.com travel and booking service platform

A long-term travel technology platform built for Flyme.to, for the online sale of flights, hotels and related travel services — grown from a booking site into a full ecosystem covering B2C sales, B2B travel-agency cooperation, white-label portals, back-office operations, and content marketing. The same platform also powers LetenkyLevne.cz as one of its white-label brands.

Use cases
  • Flight and hotel search combining cached and real-time provider queries, surfacing cheapest / fastest / best-value options
  • End-to-end booking lifecycle: offer selection, passenger details, payment, ticketing, and e-ticket/confirmation delivery
  • Multi-tenant, white-label distribution serving several brands, markets and business models from one platform
  • Back-office tooling for reservation status, ticketing, invoicing and customer communication
  • Integrated content platform (destination guides, articles) for SEO and customer acquisition
Tech challenges & stack

Aggregating and ranking offers across multiple external travel providers (e.g. Amadeus and other airline/NDC connections, plus hotel content providers) under real-time and cached query paths at once. Multi-tenant white-labeling across brands, domains and payment gateways from a single codebase. Stack: AWS (ECS, CloudFront, S3, Lambda), MongoDB and PostgreSQL, InfluxDB for operational monitoring, and a serverless Hugo/Markdown content platform with GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD.

Multi-channel
direct booking platform, PMS & channel-manager synced
Customer project · Travel & Hospitality · Adrez

Adrez Direct Booking Platform

A direct booking platform built for Adrez, letting guests search, book and pay for accommodation straight from Adrez's own site instead of routing every reservation through third-party OTAs — with full two-way synchronization into the property's PMS and channel manager, plus a back-office for Adrez's own staff.

Use cases
  • Public accommodation search and booking portal with SEO-optimized landing pages for direct sales
  • Real-time availability, live pricing and rate-plan validation at search time
  • Secure online payment via PayU, including tokenized cards, delayed payment for eligible rate plans, and automatic retry on failed payments
  • Guest self-service: reservation lookup, status, cancellation and continuing a failed payment, via one-time secure authentication
  • BackOffice tools for Adrez staff: property, room and rate-plan administration, manual reservation handling, and content/image management
Tech challenges & stack

Full two-way integration with MEWS PMS (reservations, availability, pricing, cancellations) and SiteMinder for external channel distribution, kept in sync with the direct-booking flow through a dedicated Siteconnect reservation service. A dedicated search service and separate pricing/availability APIs keep customer-facing search fast independent of backend sync load; background workers handle synchronization and retries so a slow or failing integration doesn't block a live booking. Security: OAuth2 with Microsoft Entra ID, and PCI-friendly tokenized payments through PayU. Stack: React/TypeScript frontend (booking portal, guest portal, admin portal), REST backend services on Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1 and R2 for storage, with Snowflake, dbt and Power BI powering downstream reporting. AI-assisted content generation helps produce property descriptions and copy.
